MKL BAU is executing a construction of a styrofoam factory in Grudziądz

As a part of our activity as General Contractor, MKL BAU is executing a project involving construction of the Termo Organika styrofoam factory in Grudziądz.

Construction of a production-storage building with social and office compartments with a total area of 11 621 m2 is taking place on a 55 000 m2 plot of land. Realization process is segmented into production, warehouse, social, and technical sections. The finished facility will produce polystyrene boards for thermal insulation.

Completion of construction and commissioning of the plant are scheduled for May 2024.
