HSE in Europe

Our employees hold state-specific licenses and certificates, whereas assembly works conducted on site are compliant with the safety regulations of the project’s country, Customer-specific requirements, and Investor-imposed safety principles.

Before each new development, we conduct training and organise meetings to make our employees aware of and focused on any potential risks associated with the scope and types of works to be conducted at the site. Together with our staff, we discuss safety issues and raise their awareness of the need to ensure both their own and their coworkers’ safety. This makes construction site employees across Europe fully aware of the importance of compliance with safe work principles for the life and health of their own and those of their colleagues.
