The scope of work of a GC contract consisted of

• multi-discipline technical, execution, workshop, and as-built designs for the works performed; earthworks, including soil replacement and disposal
• reinforced concrete and masonry works
• supply and installation of steel and prefabricated structures as well as cladding (hall façade)
• internal and external installations and external infrastructure, including a transformer station
• road system together with site utilities
• track system for two electromagnetic overhead cranes, in accordance with German standards
• railway siding with a track system, including the installation of CBP slabs for the use of the siding in the road system; soakaway tank
• construction of indirect foundations – piling for foundations, floor slab, and railway siding
