MKL BAU finalised construction of a retail park in Zamienie

By the end of this week, a retail park in Zamienie, which was built as a part of MKL BAU’s activity as General Contractor, will open its doors.

The scope of work of an EPC contract consisted of carrying out the process of comprehensive construction which consists of foundation works, building construction and facade works. The activities on site also included delivery and erection of steel structure. Additionally, our team prepared the external and road infrastructure, along with the removal of the inactive sewage system.

The constructed building covers an area of 1,695 m2. The project began in March and took less than 6 months to complete.
