MKL BAU is carrying out the modernization work in a dairy cooperative

MKL BAU is carrying out the modernization work at Spomlek Dairy Cooperative in Radzyń Podlaski.

The scope of work of the EPC contract includes construction of a new building with a stainless steel brine bath inside. Such bath serves a key role in the cheese production process – fresh cheese is submerged in brine and then transferred to ripening room after several days.

Our work is already underway and its completion is scheduled for spring this year.
