MKL BAU will execute two projects in Łódź as General Contractor

MKL BAU will fill the role of General Contractor for two new retail parks located in Łódź.

The first of these contracts is the construction of a two-building Retail Park S1 with an overall area of 5650 square meters. Saller Polbau will be the investor for this project and the site work is planned to be finished in July 2024.

The scope of the second contract covers the construction of ALDI retail park. The area of the new supermarket will be 1700 square meters and the Customer’s take over is planned to take place in March 2024.
