As the General Contractor, the scope of work included, among others:

• preparation of workshop and as-built designs for general construction works, foundation and earthworks, structural
• finishing, and facade works
• delivery and erection of the steel structure
• internal and external installations, external infrastructure
• including access roads, pavements, parking areas, and green spaces, as well as a connecting passage
