Legitimate interest of the Company – with respect to data collected at job interview and results of qualification tests (if any). The Company has legitimate interest in checking your skills and abilities – if it is needed to evaluate whether you are a person suitable to the job position the Company is recruiting for.

PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The Company will retain your personal data until the end of recruitment to the position you are applying for or other recruitment conducted by the Company, not longer than for a year frmo the time you forwarded the data to the Company.

DATA RECIPIENTS

The Company will transfer your personal data to:

1. Suppliers of the Company who the Company subcontracts personal data processing services to, e.g. IT service providers. Such entities process data on the basis of an agreement with the Company and only following Company’s orders.
2. After you have expresses a relevant consent, personal data may be used for the purposes of future recruitment conducted by the Company, and transferred to other entities included in the MKL sp. z o.o Capital Group which comprises: MKL spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, MKL BAU spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, MKL STOK-ROL spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.

You have the following rights relating to personal data processing:

3. The right to request rectification of your personal data.
4. The right to request removal of your personal data.
5. The right to request limitation of the processing of your personal data.

7. The right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive your personal data from us in a structured and commonly used readable format. You may send the data to another data controller or request that the Company send you data to another controller. However, the Company will do it only when it is technically possible.
