MKL BAU is delivering steel structures and ducts to CHP plant in Sweden

As we execute construction investments across Europe, we are still most active in Scandinavia. One example of our activity in the northern part of the continent is the project we would like to present today. It is a combined heat and power plant located in Östersund, Sweden.

The scope of our contract consists of manufacturing, delivery and erection of 1000 tons of steel structures of a boiler building, main and emergency stair towers and smaller adjacent buildings. Additionally, we are delivering a few thousand square meters of precast socle sandwich elements, division walls, hollow core slabs and other concrete elements.

The construction works began in August and handing over of the finalised plant to Final Customer has been schedule to the first quarter 2025.
