You data is secured within the IT system of the Company and processed solely for the purpose of contacting you, including the following purposes: to conclude or perform the contract, permitted marketing actions, sending promotional and information materials via e-communication means, above all upon your consent, by email and by phone to conduct operations posed by our mutual cooperation.

PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Your personal data will be retained for a period of:

1. 2 years from the end of the period of limitation posed by contract performance, but not shorter than for a period of legal obligations to which the Company is subject with respect to record keeping
2. 3 years from last contact
3. until an objection is expressed, or the consent is withdrawn, unless the Controller has another basis for the processing.

DATA RECIPIENTS

Your personal data may be revealed to entities and authorities entitled to process personal data pursuant to the law. Your personal data will be revealed to other data recipients, such as sites providing IT system maintenance and hosting services, electronic mail service supplier.

Your data will not be forwarded to third countries.
