General Information Clause
Given the requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, we hereby present the following information clause.

The Company has not appointed a Data Protection Supervisor. In all cases related to the processing of personal data or the use of the rights related to data processing, please contact the Company as indicated in point 1.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING
Your personal data is processed by the Company for the performance of a concluded contract or for the conclusion of a contract you have initiated (i.e. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Company (Controller) is subject (i.e. Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), and for performance of legitimate interests of the Company (Controller) (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) (transmission of marketing and commercial information about the products and services offered by the Company, the needs of the Company involving the supply of products and services, and for data processing for the purpose of contract performance).
You data is secured within the IT system of the Company and processed solely for the purpose of contacting you, including the following purposes: to conclude or perform the contract, permitted marketing actions, sending promotional and information materials via e-communication means, above all upon your consent, by email and by phone to conduct operations posed by our mutual cooperation.

PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Your personal data will be retained for a period of:
- 2 years from the end of the period of limitation posed by contract performance, but not shorter than for a period of legal obligations to which the Company is subject with respect to record keeping
- 3 years from last contact
- until an objection is expressed, or the consent is withdrawn, unless the Controller has another basis for the processing.

DATA RECIPIENTS
Your personal data may be revealed to entities and authorities entitled to process personal data pursuant to the law. Your personal data will be revealed to other data recipients, such as sites providing IT system maintenance and hosting services, electronic mail service supplier.
Your data will not be forwarded to third countries.

YOUR RIGHTS RELATING TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND THE TAKING OF AUTOMATED DECISIONS
You have the following rights relating to personal data processing:
- The right to withdraw your consent to data processing.
- The right to access the contents of your personal data.

- The right to request removal of your personal data.
- The right to request limitation of the processing of your personal data.
- The right to express an objection against the processing of your data for your special situation – whenever we are processing your data on the basis of our legitimate interest.
- The right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive your personal data from us in a structured and commonly used readable format. You may send the data to another data controller or request that the Company send you data to another controller. However, the Company will do it only when it is technically possible. You have the right to data portability only with respect to those data which the Company processes under a contract concluded with you or upon your consent.
- To right to be forgotten, if further processing is not provided for by the currently binding law.

Consent withdrawal does not affect the compliance with the right to process, which was done based upon your consent before the withdrawal. You may withdraw your consent by sending a statement on consent withdrawal to the address for correspondence or to the email address of the Company.
You data will not be processed by automated means or profiled.
The right to lodge a complaint with an institution
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection, i.e. The President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
